Last Days in Paris

We said goodbye to our neighborhood in Passy and camped out in a studio apartment for the last few days.  I still want to get into one of these buildings and look out of those windows on top!
The girls were great sports and after we could do no more cleaning, we headed out to play at Jardin du Luxembourg.
It was a rainy last few days and we were lucky to move on a dry day.
 The boats are surprisingly heavy.
 Experienced sailors

One last play.  Lil took her perch on top of the Pyramid.
One last chocolate eclair and and a glass of Sancerre.
Now that our things were packed up, we needed to get home...but not too soon before our things arrived.  The movers say it will take four to eight weeks, but you never really know when things might arrive.  We decided we should travel for a bit more than three weeks before returning to our empty house in Ottawa.  Goodbye Paris!
