It was Sunday, so we, like the rest of Paris, headed to the Marais, the traditionally Jewish part of the city, where everything is open. Our plan was to grab falafel and shwarma and picnic in the Place des Vosges. We were not the only ones with this idea. We were ravenous and decided that it would be faster to actually go inside and order.

We spoil our guests and after being fed macaroni and cheese (that they brought, Canadians, that is what Americans call Kraft Dinner) and falafel, our guest announced that she "loved French food!"
Despite the fact that the grass is still resting, people took advantage of this warm, lovely day.
