Bones at Le Jardin des Plantes

 I had been wanting to visit this museum for awhile and Lillian agreed.

Here is a random blog post about the architecture of the building. 

Lillian and I agreed that the giraffe skeleton was super creepy.  There are several cases full of organs and two headed creatures floating in formaldehyde.  After walking quickly by, Lillian informed me that she will never be returning to this museum.

 The place makes you feel like maybe Darwin is in the back room and will be out shortly to label some more specimens.

Upstairs there are some prehistoric creatures and dinosaur bones.  I think the collection and the building are fascinating and well worth a visit.
